Returns or exchanges are permitted on physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please email studio.ashiiiara@outlook.com to submit request.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email studio.ashiiiara@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage or error. You’ll receive a replacement of the item or be issued a refund.
