DEAR FLORIST,

Hello, My Name is Ashiara Freeman.

I am a Concept/Multidisciplinary Artist and Visual Art Student based in Baltimore, MD.

I’ve always believed that art isn’t just something we make, it’s something we live through. For me, creativity has been both a calling and a form of healing. Every vision I bring to life, every concept I nurture, every story I tell, it all comes from a place of wanting to create meaningful change while becoming more whole myself.

My heart beats for more than just aesthetics. I’m deeply passionate about the role creativity can play in mental health, enrichment, and helping others execute their visions through creative direction. I’ve seen firsthand how ideas when nurtured with intention can shift atmospheres, unlock growth, and open up entirely new ways of seeing ourselves and the world. That’s the kind of impact I want to make.

Through art, I want to build bridges: between purpose and play, dreams and action, people and their inner voice. Whether I’m working on a design, guiding a creative process, mentoring young scholars, or simply sharing my thoughts. Some of my core mediums are photography, painting, drawing and graphic design. I want my work to spark change, invite healing, and inspire forward motion.

This journey isn't about perfection. It’s about showing up again and again with what I have, knowing that while I’m helping others bloom, I’m blooming too.

Thank you for being here. I hope something I create helps you feel seen, inspired, or just a little less alone.

With heart, vision and the reminder to love always.
